Brian Bonner

Texas Instrument’s former CIO and globally recognized strategy leader, Brian is a technology-driven, C-Suite leader with a verifiable record of managing broad-based business, IT operations, and technology product development for global corporate enterprises.  Brian is a visionary leader adept at recruiting, building, and guiding multidisciplinary global teams. He is a poised and savvy communicator who is able to deliver engaging presentations to high-profile decision makers and cultivate relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners.  With years of first-hand experience with global firms, Brian is highly valued for his ability to define and initiate strategies that will guide SpearTip to achieve our strategic long-term goals.

Michael Fagan

An Assistant U.S. Attorney (AUSA) for the Eastern District of Missouri for 25 years, Michael Fagan now advises and consults with SpearTip on domestic and transnational criminal law and procedure, anti-money laundering, counterterrorism, intelligence, and emergency planning issues.  Mike governed regional counterterror efforts as Coordinator of the Anti-Terrorism Advisory Council for over six years, and continues today as a Special Advisor to the Missouri Office of Homeland Security.  During his twenty-five year tenure as an AUSA, Mike also served as a Special Attorney to the United States Attorney General from 1995 to 1997 and served as the Regional Coordinator for the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force.  In addition to decades of gaining convictions in highly sensitive and complex cases, Mike was the architect of proceedings resulting in approximately $150 million in forfeitures and tax judgments in favor of the United States.

Bill Linnenbringer

A retired Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and current Board Member at SunTrust Bank, Inc., Bill Linnenbringer brings over four decades of experience serving major companies and financial services industry organizations to SpearTip.  Throughout his career, Bill has been widely recognized as an industry leader. While at PwC, Bill helped revolutionize the firm into a leading developer of audit, tax and consulting services for the financial services industry. Bill joined PwC in 1970 and remained at the firm for 32 years, retiring in 2002. After becoming a partner in 1983, Bill held several positions within PwC including Managing Partner of the US Banking & Financial Services Industry Practice, Member of the US Policy Board, Chairman of the Global Financial Services Industry Practice, and a Senior Client Service Partner for a number of high-profile clients.

David G. Major

Retired Senior FBI Supervisory Special Agent. First Director of Counterintelligence, Intelligence and Security Programs at the National Security Council at the White House. Retired after 24 years with the FBI in the discipline of counterintelligence and counterterrorism. For over 43 years, Mr. Major has been a student, practitioner and lecturer on counterintelligence, counterterrorism, security, and the full range of investigative skills to perform these missions.  Upon retiring from the FBI, Mr. Major founded the Centre for Counterintelligence and Security Studies (CI Centre) to provide high-quality counterintelligence, counterterrorism and security training for the government and corporate sector.  Under contract to the CIA, Mr. Major conducted research for and hosted an internal government TV series with over 154 episodes called CI-TV which helps educate government personnel on lessons learned from espionage and terrorism cases. As an outreach program for the public, he helped develop the concepts of SpyDrive® and SpyCruise® as a way of teaching people about the reality of espionage and the importance of vigilance.

Jerry McElhatton

MasterCard’s former CTO and President of Global Technology and Operations, Jerry McElhatton plays an instrumental role at SpearTip as a Senior Advisor.
Jerry boasts many past successes in the IT world. He oversaw 2,700+ IT professionals and a $100 million payroll while CTO of MasterCard. In addition to his tenure at MasterCard, Jerry brings over 40 years of experience with high profile companies serving in such positions as President, CEO and Chairman of the Board.  Throughout his career, Jerry has provided management support and held executive positions with some of the largest financial institutions and service providers in the world, winning industry accolades for his successes in restructuring operational functions and distressed companies.

Michael O’Hara

Mike O’Hara has over 30 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry. As an 18-year executive at IBM, Mike O’Hara served as Global Executive Manager for GM/EDS, North America VP for Storage Systems, Americas Sales VP for IBM Mainframe ($3.5B Revenue), General Manager of IBM Global Financing, and VP Sales, Financial Services (Wall Street Region).  Mike later served as the Senior Managing Director for the IT outsourcing division of ACS a $1.2B business. He has worked in early stage IT start-up companies and very large IT companies, serving in Sales, General Management, Product Sales, Global Client Management, and IT Services.  Most recently, Mike served as the VP of Strategic Alliances for VCE responsible for the development of the vertical industry solutions portfolio of partners.

R. Craig Palubiak

A former Enterprise Rent-A-Car Executive, R. Craig Palubiak brings extensive experience to SpearTip in overseeing the critical concerns of executive management teams.  As an executive, he spearheaded the building of Enterprise Rent-A-Car’s first national division – commercial leasing. He presided over the successful growth of a global Monsanto equipment spinoff, serving as both Chairman and a national product manufacturer CEO/Owner.  At Optim Consulting Group, Craig advises senior management in numerous sectors including banking, financial, software, manufacturing, distribution and healthcare. He also provides high-level expertise and an entry point for SpearTip within these industries.  A published author and professional speaker on business strategies, Craig holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from University of Missouri and an MBA (Finance) from Northern Illinois University.

Norm Tice

The former Chairman of the Board of MasterCard International and BlueCross BlueShield of Missouri, Norm Tice plays a key role in the development of SpearTip as a Senior Advisor.  Norm brings extensive experience in the financial services and healthcare industries, holding high-level executive positions in both fields for over 40 years. He is also the former President of the Missouri Bankers Association. Additionally, Norm gained a wide range of corporate governance and IT experience while serving as CEO of Community Banks and CEO of multiple Boatmen’s Bancshares subsidiaries.  An active leader in community improvement efforts, Norm has served as Chairman of the Board for a number of not-for-profit institutions and governmental commissions.
